1,Do Kingleader keyboards or pointing devices need special drivers to operate?

Except for bluetooth keyboards and mice, all of other Kingleader keyboards and pointing devices are plug and play on most operating systems, unique drivers are not required.



2,What is your warranty policy?

All fully-assembled products are covered by one year limited warranty after delivery, the warranty covers repairs or replacements due to defect in material and workmanship other than those caused by extensive abuse or misuse.

4,What should I do if my Kingleader products doesn’t work properly?

You can email to service@kioskmarket.com.cn  or service@kingleadertech.com , or contact our sales representative whom you previously contacted, describing the model number, date of purchase and problem you have got, our staff will contact you for trouble-shooting solution.



5,What timeframe can be expected for customization/OEM/ODM?

It largely depends on the complexity of a program. If new molds/toolings are required, the lead-time can easily extend beyond 10 weeks to first articles. Kingleader professionals will work with you to establish critical dates.
